Auditing marketing programs for a Fortune 50 financial services company
The company needed a controls support partner to conduct an internal audit of branded cards marketing campaigns conducted by the various acquisition and ECM teams. Audits were conducted on a quarterly basis and comprised of testing of 5% of all campaigns run during the time period. Testing incorporated all channels used including but not limited to direct mail, email, digital, client online, IVR, mobile app, phones and microsite.

• Completed MCA Monitoring of key processes and controls on a quarterly basis
• Performed quarterly mock-ups and reviews ofBCM procedure manuals
• Reviewed control and monitoring documentation to ensure proper record retention
