With 20+ years B2C and B2B marketing experience, Amy has worked primarily in financial services (credit card/banking), from backend operations to strategic planning and execution. In her roles as manager and individual contributor, Amy’s key focus is leveraging proprietary data, channels and platforms to optimize communications, products and services to acquire new customers, drive loyalty and grow revenue. As a business or project manager, Amy adapts her creative and analytical acumen to develop and implement campaigns and enhancements relevant to consumers and small businesses. Her expertise includes leading these projects with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors, and applying process improvements for cost and deliverable efficiencies.
During the NJ lockdown, Amy’s neighbors helped her start a vegetable garden. Like any major assignment, Amy committed fully to impress her kind neighbors and is happy to report her plethora of herbs and peppers, tomatoes, and squash are thriving, in spite of a very determined squirrel periodically digging her planters for stashed acorns.
Amy is ready for her next assignment and looks forward to in-person or video chat on her clients’ goals.
