In this role, Prasad will be fully dedicated to strengthening Blend India as a strategic global delivery hub, building the talent pipeline, advancing AI-enabled capabilities, and supporting client growth at scale.
Prasad brings extensive experience building and scaling global delivery organizations at the intersection of technology, data, AI, and business transformation. He joined Blend as SVP of Delivery Excellence, building out the firm's delivery capabilities before stepping into the India Lead role on an interim basis. Prior to Blend, he served as COO for Dentsu/Merkle APAC, where he led large-scale operations and growth initiatives across multiple markets. Throughout his career, he has focused on creating high-performing organizations by combining strong talent, scalable operating models, and execution discipline.
