Oz Dogan is CEO and Co-Founder of Blend, a global data and AI services firm with 1,500+ professionals across the US, Europe, India, and Latin America. He previously served as Blend’s Co-founder and President of Americas, leading go-to-market strategy and core AI and data solutions. Before Blend, Oz held executive roles at Hepsiburada and Merkle, and has been recognized by DataIQ USA as one of the most influential data and AI practitioners in the US. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from The University of Georgia.

Patrick is an industry veteran who spent decades building and leading businesses at Merkle. He is known for his infectious passion for people and his clear vision for both the company and the industry. A history major and avid reader of business books, Patrick also enjoys golf and spending time with his wife and four children.

Tim is a growth-focused leader with deep expertise in people, data science, and technology. Over 20 years at Merkle, including as President of Merkle Europe, he helped grow the business from 300 to more than 1,500 employees in two years. He holds a master’s in statistics and enjoys traveling, family time, ice hockey, skiing, and golf.
