MSL Interact, developed by Inizio Medical in partnership with Blend, takes an innovative approach to Medical Science Liaison (MSL) training by using Generative AI to simulate real-world conversations with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
This innovative solution allows MSLs to practice complex, high-stakes interactions, refine their communication skills, and receive instant, targeted feedback in a risk-free, on-demand environment. The result is faster, more confident field readiness for MSLs and a step-change in how teams are trained to engage with the medical community.
By moving beyond GenAI proofs of concept and building a scalable, practical tool with immediate impact, this project demonstrates what’s possible when AI is applied with real-world purpose.

Before partnering with Blend and Crondall Energy, INEOS FPS relied on a 20-year-old Excel model, understood by only a handful of people, to manage the health of a pipeline network that transports 40% of the UK’s North Sea oil and gas.
Blend helped deliver a modern, intelligent BI solution that replaces this legacy system with a scalable, maintainable, and secure platform. The result: critical operational data now drives better decision and helps prevent failures, protecting one of the UK’s most important energy assets.
