AI strategist and technology leader joins Blend360 to help enterprises operationalize AI and build next-generation intelligent workflows
NEW YORK — 03/13/2026 — Blend360, a global AI and data services firm helping enterprises unlock value from data, today announced the appointment of Celia Wanderley as Vice President of AI Engineering, strengthening the company’s leadership as organizations accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence and advanced data platforms.
Wanderley brings more than two decades of experience spanning AI strategy, technology architecture, and enterprise transformation. In her new role, she will lead the continued development of Blend360’s AI engineering capabilities, helping organizations operationalize AI through scalable engineering frameworks, responsible AI practices, and emerging agentic AI workflows.
“Celia brings an exceptional combination of deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for responsible AI innovation,” said Rob Fuller, CEO of Blend360. “As enterprises look to move beyond experimentation and into real-world AI deployment, Celia’s leadership will help our clients build the engineering foundations needed to translate AI ambition into measurable business outcomes.”
Originally from Brazil, Wanderley began her career in computer science after being introduced to artificial intelligence during her university studies—an experience that sparked a lifelong focus on data and emerging technologies. She later relocated to Canada, where she built a distinguished career leading technology strategy and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining Blend360, Wanderley held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, where she worked across technology architecture, strategy, and transformation, eventually co-leading the firm’s architectural practice in Canada. During her tenure, she led complex enterprise modernization initiatives across both public and private sectors, including a large-scale digital procurement transformation that proved critical during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Wanderley later joined an AI startup as Chief Technology Officer, where she built and scaled a team of nearly 100 AI engineers, data scientists, and consultants. The organization focused on developing world-class AI talent and applying advanced machine learning to industry challenges while helping retain top AI talent in Canada. She also led the development and launch of GovLab.ai, an initiative focused on building AI-powered solutions for public sector organizations.
Her contributions to the field were recognized when she received the Women in AI Innovation Award in 2023, honoring her leadership in advancing practical and responsible applications of artificial intelligence.
At Blend360, Wanderley will focus on strengthening the AI engineering function, an emerging discipline that combines software engineering, data science, and machine learning engineering to deliver production-ready AI solutions. She will also co-lead the development of agentic workflow solutions, a new generation of AI-driven automation that enables intelligent systems to reason, plan, and act across complex enterprise processes.
“What drew me to Blend360 is the combination of extraordinary talent, meaningful client challenges, and a mission centered on turning data and AI into real business value,” said Wanderley. “Enterprises are entering a new phase of AI adoption—one where velocity but also engineering rigor, explainability, and responsible design are critical. I’m excited to help our clients build intelligent systems that are not only powerful, but also trustworthy and scalable.”
Wanderley will also play a key role in advancing responsible and explainable AI frameworks, particularly for organizations operating in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Blend360 continues to expand its global team of AI engineers, data scientists, and consultants as demand grows for enterprise-grade AI solutions that combine advanced analytics, modern data platforms, and practical engineering expertise.
Blend360 is a premier AI services and consulting firm helping enterprises solve complex business challenges through data science, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
