New role brings dedicated global leadership to Blend’s people strategy as the company scales.
COLUMBIA, MD — August 3, 2026 — Blend360, a global AI and data science services company, today announced the appointment of Marissa Crozier as Senior Vice President of People Operations — a newly created role built to give Blend’s people strategy the same dedicated, global leadership the business has built around its clients. Marissa brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, people operations, and talent acquisition to the role, including over 15 years building and leading teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Marissa joins Blend from Suvoda, a global clinical trial technology company, where she spent six years building the people operations function. She grew the People Operations team from roughly a dozen people in 2020 to 40+ during her tenure. With this team, she helped scale the company from 300 employees to more than 1,600, leading the organization through its shift to a remote-first model in the earliest days of the pandemic, and later through a major merger and integration. Earlier in her career, she held strategic HR leadership roles across financial services, technology, and professional services companies, each marked by rapid growth and organizational change.

By unifying people services, technology, development, and enablement into a single global operating model, she will harmonize programs and practices across Blend's international footprint while remaining responsive to local needs. In addition to building the team, her priorities include establishing clear pathways for career growth, enabling leaders to develop exceptional talent, and creating scalable people programs that foster engagement, trust, and belonging. Through these efforts, she will help ensure Blend's values are reflected in every interaction, every program, and every employee’s experience around the world.
